Incubation Centres for Enabling Rural Women Entrepreneurship

RACLD has established Beautician and Tailoring Incubation Centres to bridge the gap between skill training and entrepreneurship.
The centres provide shared workspaces, essential equipment, and mentoring support, enabling trained women to transition into income-generating enterprises.
Key Outcomes:
• Learn-and-earn model operational
• One beneficiary has successfully launched her own beauty parlour
• Tailoring units fulfilling local orders including school uniforms
• Installation of zigzag sewing machine to diversify production
This initiative supports women’s financial independence and sustainable rural livelihoods under RACLD’s Rural Economy Restoration Wing.
